I cannot believe our sweet Harper Penelope is 3 weeks old today! She was born in the evening on November 30th and it’s so wild and beautiful how much she’s already grown. After her nap the other day, I swear her eyelashes had become longer. How?!!

I’m so grateful for a lifetime of loving her! I get to be her mama! 💓👶🏻💫

I hope you all are doing well and having an enjoyable holiday season! I’m looking forward to practicing yoga with you all again soon and introducing you to our newest Space to Bloom yogi!

I’m officially beginning leave to give birth and care for our baby girl! The Space to Bloom platform will be down for that time as well - meaning On-Demand videos won’t be accessible. I was really hoping to keep those active for you all while on leave but after a lot of thought it makes most financial sense to completely pause the platform while I’m away. The scheduling platform I work with, @themomence has been so accommodating and supportive. And as a small business owner, that matters a lot 💗

Thank you all for supporting this small business! I am so grateful for the connection and togetherness yoga brings.

I’m really excited for everything this time will bring for our family and will also really miss practicing yoga with you all! I look forward to seeing you again in the spring! 💘🌸

We had such a good time with our Halloworkout Bootcamp & Yoga event this week! This was our 4th big collaboration event of the year and it was definitely the most fun! 👻 thank you all so much for joining in the workout and supporting our amazing community!

Kiley from Pacific Peaks Fitness in partnership with the Washington Developmental Disabilities Association hosts weekly fitness classes for those with developmental disabilities every Tuesday at 3:30pm if you’d like to join or volunteer! Classes are held at Lacamas Lake Lodge in Camas. If you aren’t on her mailing list already, that is the best way to stay up to date on all classes! Check out @pacificpeaksfitness to get on the mailing list!

This is a FREE community workout event hosted by Kiley with Pacific Peaks Fitness and myself!

During this inclusive workout, we will pair individuals with developmental disabilities with peer support partners. This event is part of an ongoing, weekly Mountain Tops workout class hosted by Kiley and joined by many members of our community! Everyone is welcome and invited - we have a blast and hope to see many of you there!

Dressing up is encouraged but not required 👻🎃 you can expect to see Kiley and me in very festive attire!
