Space to Bloom started from a desire to offer yoga classes to everyone, everywhere. As a virtual and in-person Hatha yoga studio – we meet you where you are: physically, mentally and spiritually; to provide our students with a progressive yoga practice. We know life gets busy and we are here to make yoga accessible for all seasons of your life. Space to Bloom classes are typically 45 minutes, but we offer shorter and longer sessions too. Virtual classes are hosted via Zoom. In-person offerings are local to Portland or SW Washington. Private studio classes are held at Couve Chiropractic and group classes are held at Dandelion Teahouse Apothecary – both located in downtown Vancouver, Washington!

I started taking video lessons from Tiffany a few months ago to replace public classes because of Covid. I was a bit doubtful as I’m very picky about my yoga teachers and wasn’t sure how well video led practices could be. I was quite surprised! It almost felt like she was in the same room to help me through adjustments. On top of that the practices were designed just for me and my level of practice. Furthermore, Tiffany is a very talented yoga teacher. Her speed and cueing is top notch. I learn tips I can take and use in my daily self practices. It’s not likely I’ll be going back to group classes!
Tiffany has helped give me confidence and strength during the postpartum period after my second baby. My body has changed and doesn’t look or feel the way I am used to. Learning to build strength and feel powerful in this new body has really helped. I look forward to every session I have with her!
Space to Bloom has been a saving grace for my family! The virtual yoga sessions are so convenient – we look forward to our practice every Monday from the comfort of our living room. The instructor, Tiffany is extremely knowledgeable and fun. She makes my husband and I feel comfortable in each class (even if we aren’t the most flexible). I 10/10 recommended!

Yoga sessions with Tiffany and Space to Bloom Yoga has had an incredibly positive impact on my snowboarding abilities. My balance, coordination, flexibility and focus on the mountain feels so natural and my recovery has greatly improved!
